We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user interface (UI) design, graphic design principles, and website maintenance. This role requires a blend of technical skills and artistic vision to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, responsive websites that align with client needs and brand identity.
• Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Utilize graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Flash to create compelling visuals.
• Develop motion graphics for web applications as needed.
• Work with SCSS for styling enhancements and improvements in website aesthetics.
• Stay updated on the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.

Experience

• Proven experience in UI design, graphic design, or a related field is essential.
• Proficiency in WordPress for website development and management is required.
• Familiarity with SEO principles to optimize web content effectively is preferred.
• Experience with motion graphics is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are crucial.
