Surgeon - Burn examines, diagnoses, and surgically treats patients with burns from heat, cold, chemical, or electrical incidents. Performs escharectomy, skin grafting, and secondary burn surgery. Being a Surgeon - Burn reviews patient history and confirms need for surgery. Determines which instruments and method of surgery will be most successful in achieving desired outcome. Additionally, Surgeon - Burn may provide medical personnel with direction concerning patient care. May provide in-service training as needed to address new technology in health care treatment. Provides charting in compliance with all laws and regulations. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Typically reports to the chief of surgery. Requires a license to practice. As a Burn Table Operator on our Weekend shift team, you will operate CNC lasers to cut metal sheets and plates into intricately crafted components. Your role will involve selecting cutting programs, adjusting parameters, and ensuring precision through diligent monitoring. Thorough final inspections will guarantee the exceptional quality of every piece you produce. The general schedule for this position is from 8:00PM to 6:30AM Monday to Thursday, hours may vary when overtime is needed.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves medium work, including activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, hearing, talking, grasping, feeling, handling, repetitive motions, small motor skills, visual acuity, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
