The Trainer is responsible for upholding company standards and providing an unmatched workout for our clients, while fostering community and helping our clients achieve their goals. The trainer has a strong ability to be a personal trainer in a group setting, motivating multiple clients and providing a positive community for change. The Trainer focuses on lifestyle, including mindset, nutrition, strength and burst training (HIIT), creating an environment of support to exceed our client’s expectations.

Requires a self-motivated and achievement-oriented attitude with an energetic and out-going personality, is able to work in a faster paced environment interacting with a variety of people and situations and is able to adapt to a wide range of abilities and fitness levels from person to person and camp to camp.

Burn Boot Camp Trainer Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) OR 4 year Exercise Science degree is a must
• CPR/AED certified
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 1 year experience in personal training or coaching preferred. Don't have the experience? Tell us how you'd be a great fit and we are willing to train the right candidate

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
