Our dynamic Division of Cardiac Surgery is interested in individuals who can meet the rigorous quality and demands of a very busy and world-renown thoracic transplantation program.
Clinical responsibilities include surgical procurement of hearts, lungs, and heart lung blocks from deceased donors for transplantation. The ideal candidate should have experience in the areas of harvest, transplantation, myocardial protection, and determination of organ quality. Moreover, the successful candidate will assist with handling communication regarding the logistics of organ offers. The individual may also be involved in procurement for research and resuscitation of marginal organs.
This is a 12 month contracted role that may convert to career.
Salary Range: $78,800- $175,000
