Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Spine Surgeon to join our growing team in Tupelo, MS. The ideal candidate must be board-eligible or board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Spine. This position provides a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative healthcare environment ensuring a balanced workload and rewarding experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and manage a wide range of spine disorders.
2. Perform surgical interventions with precision and patient-centered care.
3. Provide follow-up care and rehabilitation oversight.
4. Participate in 1:5 call coverage, with the advantage of only covering referred patients — no responsibility for unreferred cases.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

1. Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Orthopedic Surgery with spine specialization.
2. Eligible for or holding a valid Mississippi medical license.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent patient care.
