Surgeon - Oral performs oral surgery to prevent and correct injuries, deformities, diseases or improve patient function, appearance or quality of life. Reviews patient history and confirms need for oral surgery. Being a Surgeon - Oral determines which instruments and method of oral surgery will be most successful in achieving desired outcome. Reviews patient history and confirms need for surgery. Additionally, Surgeon - Oral provides charting in compliance with all laws and regulations. May provide medical personnel with direction concerning patient care. May provide in-service training as needed to address new technology in health care treatment. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Typically reports to the chief of surgery. Requires a license to practice. Surgeon - Oral's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. If you have expertise in full and partial bony impactions, dental implants, and IV Sedation, we want to hear from you! Our present oral surgeon is leaving due to his wife being sick and needs to take care of her. Come check us out!! If you love dental implants then we are the office for you. Presently have 30 cases scheduled for Janusary.
Position: Part-Time Oral Surgeon
Location: NJ Team Dental Center 2515 Highway 516, Old Bridge NJ 08857
Hours: 2-3 days per week. Flexible.
Office Hours -Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday 8:30am-5pm and Alternate Saturday 8:30am-2pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform full and partial bony impactions
- surgical and non surgical extractions
- Sinus grafting / Ridge grafting
- Single Implants and Implant Bridges
- 2 implant and 4 implants Over Dentures
- 1500 implants placed last year
- Ortho exposures and extractions
- Apico and retrograde fillings
- TMJ
- IV Sedation / General Anesthesia
- soft and hard tissue biopsy procedures
- Collaborate with our dedicated team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Compensation:
- Minimum compensation of $1200 per day
- 47% commission on collections
