As the Client and Operations Liaison, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Our schedule is Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

Your duties will include:

• Supervising and implementing strategies to provide the best care possible to clients
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating staff schedules
• Being available to help and rotate the reception staff when needed
• Collaborating with marketing team to develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Strong administrative skills
• Retail sales and office experience
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors
• Possess basic math skills and be detail oriented
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience as a clerk or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus for effective communication with diverse clientele
