Small, private plastic surgery clinic is seeking a patient service specialist with strong background in customer service, sales, or other customer-facing and focused experience. Candidates must have a deep interest in helping people, excellent written and oral communication skills, and work well under pressure. A medical background and strong background with customer service and sales is required.

Work would include, but not be limited to: answering phones, triaging resultant calls, patient education (with regards to procedural scope, complimentary consultations, ballpark price estimates, and post-op care), scheduling, consultation follow-up and patient outreach, estimate/quote delivery and tracking, cash handling and payment, and patient care troubleshooting.

A medical background with a strong background with customer service is required. Salary is $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
