Surveillance Operator operates all surveillance computer equipment. Monitors all areas of the property and closely observes a target game, staff member, or customer. Being a Surveillance Operator ensures compliance with applicable gaming regulations. Reports improper activity or disturbances to supervisor or security team for further investigation. Additionally, Surveillance Operator may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Surveillance Operator may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Primary Objective:
Programming, monitoring, and adjusting machines for the various tile processes to ensure a quality product.Major Functions & Scope:- Inspecting tile and machines to determine adjustments needed for the tiling process.
- Select finished tile based on shades and quality criteria. (first choice, second choice, waste).
- Restart the selection line when it stops - clear jams, clear boxes, clear labels, and stickers).
- Feed materials onto the selection line (boxes, labels, stickers, glue, wax, pallets).
- Re-select tile following production problems.
- Print tickets for pallets.
- Inspect finished pallets concerning correct labels, codes, and stickers; move pallets off of the line.
- Set up printers according to stacker settings.
- Keep the work area clean and safe, and put tools and supplies in designated storage areas.
Education & Knowledge:- Good computer and analytical skills are required. CNC, Hydraulics, and Pneumonic knowledge preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
Experience:- 1-3 years of previous manufacturing/production experience.
Competencies:- Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
- Good computer and mathematical skills.
- Organizational skills, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
- Ability to understand and speak basic English.
Other Pertinent Job Information:- While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
- The associate is required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The associate may be required sometimes to sit, climb, or balance.
- The associate may lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
- The associate is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
- The associate may be exposed to a wide range of temperatures.
- The noise level is usually loud.
