Position: Video Surveillance Operator

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii

Experience: Call center experience (preferred). Training is provided to new employees!

Education: High school diploma or GED

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Morning, Mid, and Overnight Shifts Available

Pay: $17/hour - PAID WEEKLY!

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Video Surveillance Operator to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Respond to alarms and accurately document steps taken for historical records
• Dispatch police or provide guard services as necessary
• Notify customers of alarm problems
• Answer incoming customer and technician calls and assist as applicable
• Monitor and protect integrity requirements for a secured facility
• Assist with projects and other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Basic Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel experience
• Ability to type 35 words per minute
• Possess an investigatory mindset to troubleshoot issues during active alarms
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
