SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR jobs in Wichita, KS
SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR implements policies and procedures for the surveillance department. Ensures compliance with gaming requirements set by state gaming authority and local law enforcement. Being a SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR supervises and evaluates surveillance employees. Safeguards the assets of the organization. Additionally, SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR reports improper activity or disturbances to security team for further investigation. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. The Surveillance Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Surveillance Agents within the department and so much more! In this position, you are the eyes of the casino helping with game protection, safety and security for everyone that comes to the casino! You must be 21 years of age or older to work in this position.
Qualifications:
- Typing/writing skills
- Fine motor skills to operate the cameras
- Willing to learn
Preferred Experience:
- Previous management experience
- Experience within law enforcement and safety
