Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies and action plans to drive
- Set organizational sustainability targets, develop plans to meet those targets, oversee their
- Develop and maintain plans, requirements, protocols, and standard operating procedures to
- Devise tools and systems to monitor performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities
- Research and identify alternatives, best practices, and solutions to sustainability challenges
- Perform cost-benefit analyses of potential sustainability alternatives
- Promote and increase awareness of sustainability initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with management, engineers, operators, and internal and external subject matter experts
- Serve as the liaison on the Textron Corporate ESG Committee
- Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance
- Contributes to a culture of respect, dignity and inclusion, where everyone, feels heard and understood,
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a related
- Years of Experience: 6 or more years of previous related experience required
- Software Knowledge: familiarity with LCA software, understanding of GRI carbon accounting, and
