Role Overview

We are excited to welcome a Project Coordinator to our team at our new Columbus, Ohio facility. In this role, you will oversee project flow, collaborate with various teams, and ensure the highest quality standards for our services. Reporting to the Director of Value-Added Services, you will key in integrating our solutions into our clients’ operations and driving impactful results.

Core Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee and manage the execution of value-added services, ensuring smooth project flow from start to finish.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across sustainability, marketing, sales, and customer support to integrate our services seamlessly.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality standards through training and audits, gathering feedback for continuous improvements.
• Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and success of our projects.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as textile management, sustainability, or project management.
• Experience: 1-3 years in project management or textile-related fields, focusing on maximizing the value of apparel and footwear items.
• Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, strategic thinking, a knack for innovative problem-solving, and proficiency in data analysis. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Mindset: Customer-focused with a deep understanding of client needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
