Swab Rig Operator is responsible for operation of the swab rig, crew, and equipment and for ensuring customer satisfaction with all services rendered. Ensures that all crew are at the swab rig and ready to work at scheduled time. Being a Swab Rig Operator maintains productivity standards for all rig functions. Maintains a safe working environment and ensures compliance of applicable regulations and policies. Additionally, Swab Rig Operator may require a high school diploma. Typically reports to supervisor or manager. The Swab Rig Operator supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Swab Rig Operator typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs all duties and functions in a safe and approved fashion for his / her own personal safety and as an example for all others in the area.
Immediately corrects, if possible, any unsafe acts or conditions observed.
Monitors and actively adjusts operating equipment consistent with written company policies and procedures, coordinating production variables with his / her supervisor.
Notifies supervisor of safety, quality, process, or environmental concerns, and of any equipment breakdown or other operational problem.
Loading Operator
Operates and manages equipment to load chemical products into trucks and rail cars. Equipment includes liquid loading systems, track mobile for rail movement, and product storage tanks and pumping systems.
Brine Operator
Operates and manages equipment to send and treat brine going to the cell room. Equipment includes salt offloading conveyor, chemical addition systems, pumps and piping to flow brine and chemicals, heat exchangers, vessels, and storage tanks for brine and associated raw materials.
Evaps Operator
Operates and manages equipment for caustic evaporation, hydrogen compression and drying, and HCl synthesis. Equipment includes compressors, HCl synthesis burner , heat exchangers, pumps and piping to flow various materials, vessels, and storage tanks.
Utilities Operator
Operates and manages systems supplying utilities to the plant, bleach treatment, raw material offloading, and some material loading.
Utilitiy equipment includes compressors, heat exchangers, cooling towers, loading stations, vessels, pumps, piping and storage tanks.
Cell Room Operator
Operates and manages equipment for electrolyzers and chlorine handling / liquefaction. Equipment includes the electrolyzers, compressor, heat exchangers, vessels, pumps, and piping.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US markets. The base pay for this position is $32.85 per hour.
This pay is based on relevant market data in our lowest and highest geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience and skillset.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces. The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 75 pounds.
Lifting may occur from the ground, waist-high, or shoulder-high. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
The employee must be able to see details of objects that are more / less than a few feet away; see differences between colors, shades and brightness and determine the distance between objects.
This job requires response to audible emergency alarms inside of the plant. Employee must be able to evacuate when required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The employee must be able to work in a normal factory environment, including enclosed spaces and exposure to various hazards.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Some of the work will be required in the operating units which requires usage of required PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, flame retardant clothing, etc.
Will also result in exposure to outside elements and require usage of stairs.
