The Quality System Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of Quality Management System documented information aligned with AS 9100 and customer expectations. In addition, this role will support the Configuration Management Analyst with the integrity of released program data and coordinating with the various functions to ensure configuration management processes are followed.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assists functional experts in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
• Provides support to technical experts in the documentation of procedures, processes, and records related to the QMS.
• Maintains document control of QMS documented information.
• Conducts regular QMS audits to assure continued compliance to internal and external requirements.
• Administration role for all QMS related software applications.
• Provides active support to the Configuration Management Analyst to develops, implement and maintain the configuration management system (e.g. documentation, forms, tools, systems, etc.) that will ensure data integrity of released data items.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in ISO 9000 based Quality Management requirements. (AS 9100 preferred or IATF 16949) and their implementation
• Experience in formally documenting processes and procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in facilitating team collaboration
• Familiarity with standard Government documentation and data requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and other standard business applications
  
  

Education And Experience

• ($102,000-$148,000) Position generally requires a Bachelor's degree. 5 years of job experience in a related position may be acceptable.
• Eligible for up to 10% annual bonus
