We’re seeking a dynamic ERP Systems Manager to lead the charge in maintaining, enhancing, and modernizing our ERP system.
Position Overview:
Are you an experienced leader with a knack for managing complex ERP systems and driving strategic growth? ATS is looking for a talented ERP Systems Manager to oversee our Load Master Enterprise (LME) system. In this key role, you will manage staff, budget, projects, and operations related to our ERP ecosystem, ensuring it meets our evolving organizational needs. Your leadership will be crucial in collaborating with business partners and delivering on our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the ERP team, overseeing budget, roadmap, projects, and support activities.
- Participate in major strategy, operational, and project decisions for the LME system.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency within the ERP department and across ATS.
- Collaborate with internal teams and business sponsors to prioritize and address needs.
- Oversee the installation of upgrades and patches, ensuring system resilience and documentation.
- Foster a culture focused on business processes first and technology second.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for new team members, and support their ongoing development.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience in leading or mentoring teams involved in project management and support for large-scale, heavily modified ERP systems.
- Proven project management skills in both ticket-based and bundled project environments.
- Strong problem-solving and planning abilities, with a track record of effective process improvements.
- Experience in budget management, team building, and collaboration with business leaders and third parties.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:
- This role may require occasional overnight travel.
- Work primarily takes place in an office setting. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
- Physical demands include operating a keyboard and mouse, and conversing with internal and external customers.
