General Job Description:
Under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Construction Operations this position will be primarily responsible for the personnel management of the Construction Administrative staff and alignment of all administrative functions within Construction Operations. This includes onboarding and off boarding, requesting labor, supporting employees through the new hire process, tracking of various departmental staff information, coordinating training and software-hardware needs. The Administrative Manager and staff will support Construction Leadership throughout the company and work closely with Payroll, Construction Technology, HR, Corporate Training, IT and Safety.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist direct reports with
Time sheet processing corrections
On/Off boarding support for Construction Operations
Collection/submission of Equality Funds and Market Recovery programs
Tracking of JUT training hours and communications to employees
Facilitating project specific background checks as needed
Submission and follow-up of Service Now tickets on behalf of employees
Disbursements and repairs of electronic devices
Supporting Safety with core training compliance
Tracking employee information for construction leadership. (IE: contact info, LOA status, etc.)
Creation and maintenance of various spreadsheets and reports as requested by leadership.
Construction training support for corporate hardware/software. (IE; Ipad, Box, Blue Beam, Rhumbix, Portal Navigation, etc.)
Coordinate hiring and termination of staff with the SVP of Construction Operations to maintain proper staffing levels.
Schedule staff members location and/or availability to support on/off boarding, payroll submission and training.
Promote and ensure utilization of new company hardware/software and technology tools.
Actively participate in company initiatives that affect Construction Operations or as assigned and promote adoption.
Identify potential improvements in any construction administrative functions and coordinate with SVP of Construction Operations and other departmental leaders as applicable for approval and execution.
Coordinate with IT and/or HR for resolve of any issues regarding on/off boarding.
Organize and oversee the transfer of any confidential documents/data and ensure they remain protected.
Collaborate with Construction Technology relating to field and shops technology needs (i.e. Bluebeam, trade-specific portals and miscellaneous Smartsheet environments.
Provide and/or assist in the roll-out and support of new technologies affecting construction operations.
Collaborate with the Training Development Team for impactful training execution as well as creation of new and improvement of existing training content.
Promote process unification of all duties for Administrative Coordinators and Onboarding Specialist across all assigned locations.
Identify and schedule training of super users at assigned branch locations to facilitate long-term local support.
Special projects and/or other duties as assigned by SVP of Construction Operations and/or upper Management.
Adhere to and promote all company policies.
Instill a culture of accountability, integrity, ethics, and respect within the group.
Mentor, train, and develop staff members to meet current and future business needs and to be highly efficient at all assigned tasks. Build synergy across the group so each staff member can support construction operations across multiple regions.
Create and fostercollaborative relationships among leadership teamsacross varying departments and locations.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives and projectsto meet company growth objectives.
Work closely with all Regional Construction Leadership to understand and support their local needs.
Collaborate with other departments supporting Construction Operations for improvement opportunities and ideas.

Hours:
This is an exempt position. Workdays are scheduled from Monday through Friday. Typically, work hours begin and end between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm as scheduled with the position's supervisor. Occasional overtime may be necessary per business needs.
Travel:
5-25% of the time to and from the primary office to other regional branch offices.
Competitive Wages:
$81,000 to $106,500 Annual Salary. Applicants please note that actual compensation is determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location, among others. The offered wage or salary is only one aspect of an employee's total compensation.
