Reporting to the Senior Director of Guest Operations, the Systems Administrator is responsible for oversite and support of end-user training for all POS systems and applications. This position will ensure these systems are used efficiently, effectively and securely to fulfil Zoo New England’s objectives. The position’s primary role will include administering and troubleshooting applications, training staff, creating standard operating procedures, and installing upgrades while minimizing application downtime.
