    Summary:
    One of our large clients is looking for a strong ITSM Platform Administrator who will be responsible for helping with the development and administration of the Avanti system. If youre looking for a new home and meet the criteria, feel free to apply.
    Location: Remote
    Duration: Full Time
    Minimum Qualifications:
    1. Formal Education Required:
    a. BS in Computer Science / Computer Information Systems or equivalent degree, technical training, or equivalent experience can be substituted for degree.
    2. Experience & Training Required:
    a. Five (5) years experience with Ivanti (or equivalent ITSM tool) performing integrations, configuration, and customizations
    b. Ivanti Administrator Certification preferred
    c. Two (2) years experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and solution diagrams
    d. ITIL Foundation Certification preferred (required within 6 months of hire)
    e. ITIL advanced (various topic) Certification preferred (required within 1 year of hire)
    3. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
    a. Highly proficient in creating and updating documentation as part of infrastructure implementations
    b. Proven ability to write and/or implement scripts for automation.
    c. Advanced analytical, design, and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system defects and mitigate the risk issues they cause.
    d. Understanding and awareness of the business impact of critical incidents.
    e. Expert understanding of concepts of project planning and project management techniques to assist in small projects and/or group initiatives.
    4. Level of Physical Demands:
    a. Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time.
    b. Manual dexterity to operate computer, phone, and standard office machines.
