Additionally, Systems Administrator maintains documentation of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Overall Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Branch & Inventory Administrator is responsible for all branch office administrative aspects by providing excellent customer service and supporting Doyle Security Systems, Inc.’s mission, vision, and values.
Primary Function:
The Branch & Inventory Administrator provides administrative support for the branch, performs duties such as record keeping, scheduling, reporting, and inventory. Administrator will also lead coordination of meetings and appointments, special projects, and answer non-routine correspondence. Administrator interacts with external callers as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required for the Branch & Inventory Administrator to plan, prioritize, and organize a varied workload.
