We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Administrator (Analyst) with expertise in the BigTime PSA (Professional Services Automation) system. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the PSA system, including configuration modifications, report building, technical support, and integration of new acquisitions. This individual will also be responsible for ongoing systems support, compliance with company policies, and adapting the system to meet evolving reporting requirements.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000, in addition to a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offer within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.
