Job Description:
Advantage Tech is looking for an experienced security operations analyst to play a critical role in protecting the organization's computer networks and systems. This position will monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents and perform vulnerability assessments and remediation activities. The successful candidate will have a background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and experience with Delinea Privileged Access Management (PAM). The candidate will also work closely with other teams to ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with Global Information Security, Information Technology, business units, and management to design and review Identity and Access Management Services which include Identity Life Cycle Management, Access Management (SSO, federation, multi-factor), Role and Rights Management, Entitlement Review and Attestation (Audit & Assurance) and Identity & Access Analytics.
Configure and manage Delinea Privileged Access Management (PAM) to ensure secure privileged access to systems and applications.
Investigate incidents and respond to events in real-time.
Work across functional areas to perform vulnerability assessments on systems or applications.
Perform comprehensive vulnerability assessments and continuous monitoring across the enterprise.
Review new and existing systems to ensure baseline security requirements are met and recommend security enhancements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of information security processes and controls.
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud security services and tools, such as Microsoft Security Center, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Defender.
Prepare and maintain security documentation, such as policies, procedures, reports, and recommendations.
Research and stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
Must be able to respond to security-related emergencies that may arise outside of regular business hours.
Participate in security team On-Call rotation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Professional certifications are highly desirable.
Minimum of 2 years of Security Operations experience.
Strong understanding of server and network architectures, including security best practices.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
