This position directly supervises Table Games Dealers on shift.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university; and a minimum of 2 years comparable table games management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Table Games experience required. Must possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems, and must be proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence/memos. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers or staff, customers, and the public and over the radio.
Must qualify for a license with the Maryland State Lottery Agency and meet any credentialing requirements of the Maryland Gaming Control Board. Must be able to obtain a Responsible Alcohol Training certification.
