Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for creatively sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, selecting and extending job offers to qualified candidates, and administering new hire paperwork to applicants for administrative, direct care, clinical, management, and client support positions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will review needed job descriptions and work closely with hiring managers in order to fully understand the position requirements, work environment, work group dynamic, and supervisor expectations in order to attract and hire the best qualified candidate in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities
- Confer with senior leadership to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
- Processes and maintain accuracy of all Personnel Requisitions for Job Openings.
- Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates. Manages the PI assessment process for the region.
- Manages the Dayforce application tracking system for specific Regions. Develops and maintains candidates’ database and produce reports as requested by supervisors and senior management.
- Screens and interviews applicants. Prescreen candidates via telephone and personal interviews. Create and present prescreening questions to management for collaboration and review
- Ensure adherence to ethical recruitment practices, including promoting diversity and inclusion, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding fair hiring processes.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- May manage the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Work with hiring manager(s) to determine best recruiting process for position(s).
- Coordinates appropriate employment testing.
- Extends verbal and written contingent job offers.
- Completes weekly report on employment activity.
- Compose and present Offer Letter for each filled position to the HRD/HRM for approval and signature.
- Design recruitment ads that are effective and cost efficient.
- Seeks out new and creative ideas to proactively attract candidates through social media posts, resume mining, outreach efforts, college/university recruitment, career fairs, website postings, special recruiting events and other position advertising methods.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including online recruiting resources contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Create and foster relationships with educational institutions and diverse professional organizations/associations to attract and recruit alumni and diverse candidates; conduct on-campus interviews.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Director and CHRO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of staffing or recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience with Internet recruiting, interviewing and selection.
- Understanding of applicable employment related laws and regulations.
- Experience in serving high volume, multiple locations.
- Computer literate and proficiency to Internet, online applications and email. Previous working knowledge of computers, phones and photocopiers/scanners.
