This multifaceted role involves a unique set of responsibilities:

• Seamless travel coordination for sales representatives
• Vital role in data entry and coordination within our recruiting processes
• Comprehensive administrative support
• Administration-related duties in recruiting, including but not limited to finding innovative ways to discover talent, reviewing resumes, posting jobs, sending background checks, and coordinating interviews
• Demonstrate versatility by wearing multiple hats and contributing to various projects
• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to ensure a high-quality candidate experience and a smooth onboarding process
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on recruiting statistics
