Responsibilities and Duties

• Establish communication with new applicants
• Full cycle high volume recruiting, including proactive sourcing as needed
• Ensure timely communication and cadence follow up with all candidates
• Onboard new candidates through all necessary steps and document collection
• Promote DCS reputation by securing a positive candidate experience
• Manage the candidate experience consistently, based upon DCS company standards
• Conduct candidate sourcing/screening to accommodate both the needs of our clients and healthcare professional
• Work through multiple recruiting platforms to ensure the DCS pool of candidates is growing to meet our clients requisitions
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations to include EEO guidelines
