Legal Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar P.C. is seeking a full-time experienced legal talent acquisition specialist to join our Salt Lake City, Utah office.

Primary responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management/leadership in identifying strategic top tier lateral attorney hiring
• Work closely with Chief Executive Officer on strategic growth initiatives. Develop strategies and processes to hire and retain top attorney lateral talent
• Assist with attorney on-boarding and training
• Create solutions to improve attorney retention
• Develop, monitor and oversee attorney performance metrics
• Continually help to monitor the Firm’s compensation structure to ensure competitiveness with comparable law firm and geographic markets
• Help to support the Firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives

Position requirements:

• Able to influence and facilitate decision making among diverse parties

Education and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• A minimum of 3 years of prior law firm experience or experience in a similar professional office setting preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in demonstrated knowledge and recruiting expertise
