  • The Role: As the Director of Talent Development at Moderna, you will create and execute talent development programs that drive peak performance here at Moderna. Your role will involve working closely with key stakeholders across HR and the enterprise to design and implement programs that reinforce and enhance our unique and high-performance culture. Here’s What You’ll Do: Spearhead the creation of comprehensive leadership programs with a strong focus on enhancing the performance of our leaders. Ensure these programs are tailored to meet the evolving needs of our leaders and align with Moderna’s strategic goals. Collaborate with HR Leadership and senior executives to gain a deep understanding of leadership needs across the enterprise, driving development initiatives that align with our long-range plans and business objectives. Lead data collection and analysis in partnership with HR analytics to understand the unique factors that make an individual successful at Moderna. Leverage those insights in the creation and evolution of development programs. Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner leaders, and Learning & Development teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of talent development efforts across the organization. Design and implement initiatives that reinforce Moderna’s culture, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and collaborative success. Develop metrics and tracking mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs, utilizing data insights to enhance decision-making and program outcomes in partnership with our analytics team. Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications): 10 years of professional experience in talent development, human capital consulting, or a related field, with a focus on leadership development. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related discipline required. Proven experience in building and scaling high-impact leadership development programs within large, global organizations. Excellent interpersonal and team building skills, with a flexible and agile approach to handling complex challenges. Demonstrated ability to manage teams, execute strategic plans, and leverage digital tools effectively in a talent development context.
