DIRECTOR OF TALENT ACQUISITION

You will collaborate closely with our Internal Human Resources department and partner with leaders throughout the organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Within 90 days, you will become familiar with all the roles across the organization, the people leaders and learn the systems/platforms that are used to run talent acquisition at ProService.
- Lead a recruiting team of 3 and own the results of the team. You will also help hire additional Talent Acquisition Managers to round out the team. Occasionally, you may step in to own high-priority reqs during busy times.
- You will own building a streamlined process that meets the hiring demands of the business and provides a superior candidate experience.
- Ongoing you will:
- Develop and maintain strategies, initiatives and programs to attract candidates.
- Lead a recruiting team and own the results of the team
- Maintain clean requisition management opening/closing and team member requisition loads
- Take responsibility for all recruiting metrics including source of hire, cost of hire, candidate pipeline, yield ratios, time to fill and hire and quality of recruiting survey results.
- Take ownership for Applicant Tracking System/Job Posting maintenance including posting/closing requisitions and keeping requisition templates current.
- You will be responsible for the candidate experience and full recruitment cycle.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM
- Demonstrated proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, 10 years of experience owning a full recruiting desk preferred
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring candidates within the B2B sector, with a preference in HR or related industries (Healthcare, Insurance, etc)
- Minimum of 2 years in a recruiting managerial or leadership position
- Capable of providing constructive coaching and feedback to both team members and organizational leaders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regularly inform and influence hiring managers company-wide.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all recruiting processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Commitment to enhancing candidate experiences throughout the recruitment journey.
- Proficiency in developing and articulating comprehensive recruiting strategies tailored to meet the needs of the business.
The base compensation for this position is $150,000 - $170,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for additional compensation incentives.
