So, what will you be doing?
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the talent needs across our Southern operations. Supporting Drax’s mission to attract, develop and retain talent, you will complete full-cycle recruitment tasks including; intake meetings, managing job postings, sourcing and screenings applicants and forwarding candidates to the hiring manager. You will also conduct reference checks via telephone and email.
Being the first point of contact for many of our applicants, you will provide an excellent candidate experience. You will create networks within the communities where we operate and use social media and other avenues to market careers at Pinnacle.
You will report to the Talent Manager and support the hiring managers and the HR Managers throughout the recruitment process. From time to time, you will be asked to support with other Talent Acquisition related projects and administrative needs.
Who you are?
Do you have at least 5 years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience in a manufacturing environment. You may come from an agency environment. You have excellent customer service skills and focus.
You know how to handle multiple, competing priorities and demanding hiring managers. You are very adaptable to an ever-changing environment and can navigate easily with limited information.
You have an interest in manufacturing space, blue collar jobs, and rural communities. You have excellent people skills and communication skills. You are positive and motivated.
