Reporting to the Associate Director, Advancement Talent Training & Development, the Assistant Director will drive efforts to support University Advancement’s goals in the recruitment and retention of staff. The position will be responsible for ensuring that all nonexempt positions across the division are optimally staffed, as well as the tasks associated with events including, but not limited to, the UA Town Hall meetings, annual UA conference, and annual UA outing. This includes preparing event collateral and managing the registration processes. The Assistant Director also manages the UA employee engagement activities, including Cadigan Cares, Successful Start Clothing Drive, staff and student graduation recognition, and the Christmas Wonderfund collection; and manages the employee recognition programs: Caught You Being Excellent and Shout Outs. The Assistant Director also tracks employee professional development and conference attendance.

Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $55,850 to $69,800; salary commensurate with relevant experience.
