Bricker Graydon is currently seeking a Corporate Tax Attorney to join its growing Business Industry Group to work with our team of experienced tax professionals. The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ of tax experience in corporate and partnership taxation, business structuring and formation (choice of entity), and mergers and acquisitions. Experience handling civil tax controversy-related matters is a plus. LL.M. in Taxation preferred.
Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments. Office location may be flexible with part-time arrangements considered.
