This position Nashville based with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office and 2 remote each week).
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. A master’s degree in Tax or a CPA certification is highly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive tax experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within a multi-site/multi-state partnership.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
Strong experience with tax planning and strategies, compliance, and reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team development abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external advisors.
Knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as the ability to learn in-house programs as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.
