Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher's Aide to join our team. As a Teacher's Aide, you will provide support to the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for students. Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans
- Support students in their learning by providing individualized attention and guidance
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development
- Assist with classroom management, including maintaining order and discipline
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment
- Help students with daily tasks such as dressing, eating, and toileting
- Monitor student progress and document observations for the lead teacher's review
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized classroom space
- Support students with special needs or disabilities as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or daycare setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with literacy education strategies is a plus
- Experience working with students with special needs or in special education is an asset
