QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Valid Oregon Teaching License through Teacher Standards & Practices Commission
• Endorsement in Elementary- Multiple Subjects
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with staff, students, and parents
• Understand and follow Standards for Competent and Ethical Performance of Oregon Educators
• Provide proof of Covid-19 vaccine or a medical or religious exemption form

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Report to work – August 24, 2022 (new staff orientation)
• 1.0 FTE – 190-day contract
• 2022/23 TBD – DOE and per final TEA Collective Bargaining Agreement (current pay scale- $38,284-$71,219) depending on years of teaching experience and college credits
• Excellent fringe benefits

    • Total insurance benefits package of over $21,000 annually
  • $500/month cash stipend if you have other insurance and waive district insurance
