**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the teacher(s) in providing a nurturing and educational environment for students. **Duties:** - Assist the teacher(s) in implementing lesson plans and activities - Provide one-on-one support to students as needed - Supervise and engage children during classroom activities - Help maintain a clean and organized learning environment - Support students with special needs or behavioral challenges - Assist with classroom management and behavior reinforcement **Experience:** The successful candidate should have experience in one or more of the following areas: - First aid training - Classroom assistance - Experience working in a childcare center or ministry - Behavior management techniques - Infant care or childcare experience - Special education background - Experience working with children of various ages, including preschool-aged This position offers valuable experience in the field of education and child development.
