Position Overview
Client is seeking an individual with 10-15 years commercial building design/production experience. Responsibilities include: all aspects of project management for commercial construction projects; develops scopes of work, provide preliminary estimates, attend review meetings, work closely with contractor and client to ensure projects are accurate, on time and within the projected budget; handling multiple projects at once; working with clients to ensure projects are going as planned. Must have the ability to wear many hats, and various other tasks as assigned.
What To Expect
This position is best suited for individuals who are able to wear many hats as they will need to work closely with contractors and clients. Candidates will have the drive to ensure projects are accurate and organized within projected budget and handle multiple projects at once.

All aspects of Project Management for commercial construction projects

Handle multiple projects at once

Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial building design/production
