The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and screening candidates, checking references, and presenting candidates for a wide variety of opportunities within our organization. Will manage the recruitment process; track candidates, coordinate interview schedules, prepare offers, and pre-employment screening. Responsible for other HR-related functions, including reviewing and auditing new hire paperwork. Will be required to utilize databases and networking & career websites for recruiting, communication, sourcing, and reporting. Will be responsible for interfacing with all Hiring Managers for their staffing needs.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills• Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office, internet research, and database software• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS) a plus• Skilled user of LinkedIn to source candidates • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time• Ability to work in a team environment• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment• Strong organizational skills required
