Located in Frankfort, IL, Quantum Technical Services is seeking an experienced, motivated, energetic, professional OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to support and maintain the overall administrative functions of the business. Office Administrator Job Description:

• Create and release job orders
• Create and process sales orders
• Enter data for standard routings and bill of materials
• Issue parts, move them to inventory before closing job
• Other duties as assigned

Office Administrative Qualifications Required:

• Made 2 Manage ERP experience a plus
• Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Able to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks
• Able to meet deadlines
