BASIC PURPOSE

Bilingual Interpersonal Communicator We are seeking a proficient and professional bilingual interpersonal communicator that will translate english-language materials into Spanish-language materials to onboard all new hires through a structured orientation process. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with our diverse workforce.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Translates a broad range of English-language materials into equivalent Spanish-language materials including training manuals and materials, company provided documentation and translating employee questions or concerns.
• Utilizes fluency and advanced skills in the cultural dynamics (cultural implication and idiomatic expression) of the Spanish language.
• Assist in the development and growth of the company’s onboarding program.
• Operates basic office equipment including a phone system, computer, fax machine, copier, and related machinery; utilizes various computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite and related programs.
• Demonstrates commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
• Assists in research and project development to continue to grow and retain the company’s workforce.
• Coordinate interviews and meetings between candidates and HR personnel.
• Assist in the coordination of employee training sessions and events.
• Support HR staff with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
• Translate HR documents, forms, and communications as needed.

Requirements:

• Up to 10-12 hours a week required. Additional hours will be assessed based on continued growth of workload.
• Monday’s: 7am-4pm, Hours will fluctuate during the rest of the week
• Speak, read and write Spanish & English fluently
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional-level communication skills

Education

• High School or Equivalent (required)
• Current students pursing bachelor's degree (preferred)

Pay

• $20 per hour
