Job Description- Design, develop, and update technical documentation for a 6-month contract in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Utilize strong technical writing and analytical skills within a modern software development environment.
- Track and review change control documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project leaders and subject matter experts to edit quality documents like SOPs, guidelines, and instructions.
- Navigate Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and incorporate feedback from team members.
- Design, develop, and update technical documentation.
- Utilize technical writing skills within a software development environment.
- Track and review change control documentation.
- Edit quality documents to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with project leaders and SMEs.
- Incorporate feedback and maintain workflow status updates.
- Strong technical writing abilities and time management skills.
- Experience in root cause analysis and quality standards.
- Proficiency in EDMS systems, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- University graduate preferred, secondary education diploma required.
- 3-6 years of experience in technical writing and documentation.

Olyphant is a borough in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, approximately five miles (8 km) northeast of Scranton on the Lackawanna River in the heart of the anthracite region of the State.
