University Concert Series
Primary duties involve assisting the Technical Director with providing production services campus events. In addition, this staff member would serve as a supervisor of student employees.
Job duties:
Provide production support for campus events, utilizing trained student staff and in-house equipment and vehicles. Confer extensively and professionally with customers concerning event logistics.
Troubleshoot issues and provide excellent customer service.
Responsible for audiovisual equipment, including ordering new equipment parts and supplies and assuring that it is maintained in operable condition. Equipment includes audio and lighting systems, projectors and screens, staging, tents and tables, and much more. Assist in the preparation of budgets for the following year and inspect and inventory equipment periodically.
Supervise and train student employees in the transportation, operation, and maintenance of all equipment. Recommend hiring, and discipline. Give assignments to employees, and review work performance.
Represent the office in various contacts with other individuals and departments.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $17.96-$19.89 Hourly
