Technical Librarian develops and maintains a collection of technical information and provides research and reference support to researchers, scientists, and engineers. Builds an extensive network of technical information resources and contacts from various sources like government agencies, universities, professional and industry associations to obtain the required information. Being a Technical Librarian communicates with researchers to develop and maintain a broad knowledge and understanding of the organization's relevant topics and effectively target technical publications as information sources. Creates abstracts, bibliographies, and metadata to classify the information. Additionally, Technical Librarian obtains translations of literature as needed. Supports and maintains the library's technology infrastructure and information retrieval tools. Typically requires a master's degree in library science. Typically reports to a manager. We are looking for Quality Analysts who will be working on-site at an industrial plant.
Work hours and work schedule will vary depending on projects assigned. The hours are anticipated to be full-time, depending on the project. OT hours can also be expected but not guaranteed.
The job duties will include inspecting product and making sure the quality is up to standards, documenting defects, and communicating defects to the proper person. Will also be responsible for keeping work area clean.

Must be capable of walking the distance from parking lot to designated job area (may be 1 mile ), in addition to walking throughout a large manufacturing plant during course of day for required meetings and other required duties.
