Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Librarian to join our team. As a Librarian, you will play a vital role in providing educational resources and support to our patrons. This position requires a strong passion for education and the ability to work with students of all ages.

Responsibilities:
- Assist patrons in locating and accessing library materials, both physical and digital
- Provide reference services and answer inquiries from patrons
- Develop and implement library programs and activities to promote literacy and lifelong learning
- Collaborate with teachers and faculty to support curriculum needs
- Manage library collections, including cataloging, organizing, and weeding materials
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in library science and educational technology
- Promote library resources through outreach activities and marketing efforts

Skills:
- Strong educational background, with experience in education administration or higher education teaching preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively with students of all ages, including children, teenagers, and adults
- Proficiency in using library management systems and digital resources
- Familiarity with information literacy instruction techniques
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

• Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

• Certified Notary Public (Preferred)

• Grafton, OH 44044: Relocate before starting work (Required)
