Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure Microsoft SharePoint environments to optimize collaboration and document management.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for SharePoint sites, ensuring smooth functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and tailor SharePoint solutions accordingly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, providing timely and effective support to end-users.
• Stay updated on the latest SharePoint and software trends to recommend improvements and enhancements.
• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets promptly and efficiently.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems through effective problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.
• Educate end-users on software functionalities and best practices.
• Document and maintain accurate records of all support interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in setting up and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint environments.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and customization.
• Proficiency in providing software support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications in SharePoint and software support are a plus.
• Solid understanding of software applications and their functionalities.
• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting software-related issues.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
