• User Support and Efficiency Enhancement : Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational efficiency through proactive support for all software tools.
• Hardware System Management : Oversee the ongoing maintenance, systematic diagnosis, and timely repair of organizational hardware assets, including desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Educational Initiatives and Workforce Empowerment : Deliver comprehensive training modules to enhance employee proficiency and adherence to technology best practices.
• Continuous Learning and Technological Advancement : Dedicate time to continuous professional development, staying updated with the latest technological advancements to ensure top-tier technical support.

Qualifications :

• Solid background in supporting and troubleshooting key software and operating systems.
• Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and independently.
• Strong communication skills and a flair for interpersonal relationships.

• Travel required within the Greater Pittsburgh area.
