Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements to understand and address technical needs.
- Customize and configure software solutions to meet specifications.
- Conduct data research and gathering to inform development and support strategies.
- Be part of a team that manages implementation, troubleshooting, and support of our AI software products.
- Collaborate with Curriculum and development teams to integrate new technologies and ensure the compatibility of system components.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, diagnosing and solving software issues.
- Participate in continuous learning and training to stay ahead of emerging technologies.
- Work within the Azure cloud environment, to troubleshoot applications and help with deployment and operations.
- Meet with team members occasionally in Savannah Georgia or if closer meet with team members in the Louisville Kentucky area.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Python and or JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools, especially AI technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in a technical support role.
- 1 year working experience in a technical setting, demonstrating practical problem-solving and project involvement.
- Experience with WordPress.
- AI Chatbots.
- automation tools such as Zapier or Make.
- Familiarity with software development practices and databases.
- Proximity to Kentucky or Georgia and willingness to travel as required for meetings and conferences.
