Merchant Industry offers comprehensive services, including credit card processing, dual pricing card processing, cash advance, ISO sales agent programs, industry training, and various equipment solutions such as POS systems, terminals, and virtual gateway equipment.

We are growing rapidly and looking for a Technical Support Specialist that will support installation and troubleshooting of payments terminals to support our customers, merchants and ISOs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support the company’s multiple point of sale (POS) hardware and software solutions.
• Organize and maintain a broad inventory of equipment.
• Apply strong knowledge of payments concepts, hardware components and software applications.
• Communicate with merchant, employees, and vendors professionally and courteously with a customer-centric approach.
• Work directly with executive leadership as well as senior leadership of major lending institutions and other corporations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely, including errors with payment system hardware and software, network connectivity.
• Operate with a sense of urgency to ensure prompt resolution of issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2 years of customer facing technical support experience required
• Prior experience with CRM and ticketing systems
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting experience
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills

This position offers a salary within the range of USD $25.00 - 26.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
