Job Purpose
AHM’s Customer Relations actively support Honda’s mission of Lifetime Owner Loyalty by providing best-in-class customer assistance in a variety of modalities (phone, email, text, social media, Artificial Intelligence, etc.)
This role is responsible for the facilitation of Customer Relations specific to curriculum and training supporting our vision of Customer First. This role will work closely with project teams on new model, product, and campaign launches from development, launch to market release. This role will identify, document & build work flows to develop business processes, align, and question outcome to better support our customers, and review & report on market action items. Additionally, this role will assist with technical requests submitted by Customer Relations agents and management.
This position works closely with Customer Relations Agents and stakeholders to train audience appropriate and department specific content, which may be delivered in several formats including e-learning, videos, business processes, PowerPoint, infographics, etc.
