PDR Technical Trainer
The PDR Technical Trainer reports to the National Training Manager and builds an efficient and productive Technician workforce by providing comprehensive skill training and knowledge transfer. Technical Trainers specialize in one Paintless Dent Removal (PDR). Working closely with field management, the Trainer teaches skills while developing, delivering, and enhancing training courses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Thorough understanding of Dent Wizard business and the organization
Completion of specialized training in at least one of the service courses offered
Knowledge of training processes and procedures
5 years of experience in field reconditioning work
2 years of experience in field training
Excellent demonstration, presentation, and communication skills
Physical Requirements
Regularly required to stand and walk
Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb
Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Ability to lift to 45 pounds (light hand tools, etc.)
Manual dexterity, repetitive motion tasks
Frequent exposure to toxic chemicals
Exposure to moderate noise levels
Respirators must be worn for paint application, and other protective equipment may be required
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The starting base salary is expected to be between $80,000 and $110,000 annually. The total compensation package may also include a relocation bonus.
